Working with the owner and builders on this project was such a pleasure and especially their attention to detail

Having recently returned from London, the owner knew the aesthetic that would combine a gorgeous Victorian with the new architectural addition at the rear and which would give the family the space and sense of style that they wanted.

Exisiting architectural features were restored or amended to balance both design and function. Highlights were the stunning European Oak floor which blended the transition form old to new, a Roger Oates hall runner, sisal floor rug and runner for functionality, luxurious Perrin & Rowe tapware, MisuraEmme wardrobe, and of course the amazing kitchen and butler's pantry with stunning carrara marble.

Utilising existing and combining new furniture all led to the creation of truly functional and beautiful home....gorgeous fabrics and artwork were selected. That is just the inside.

With a clever architectural design, the flow to the outdoor extends from both the kitchen and the living.

Bluestone cobbles lead to bluestone steps and new Victorian tiling at the front. The rear and pool surround are in French pattern travertine and all complemented by strategic planting to provide shade, shelter and aromatics.
